Many studies indicate that most people are most productive from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

So, if you want to be more productive, set your alarm a little earlier than usual. I know you want to get a little more sleep, but it will affect your concentration and productivity. You know, they say the more you sleep – the more you will want to sleep.

But if you do not have a problem with getting up early in the morning, and you are an early bird, then finish with the basic and smaller responsibilities, so those responsibilities that require more thinking and more concentration – leave them for 9 a.m.

Each of you has different responsibilities during the day. One has to get up early, prepare breakfast for the children, and prepare them for kindergarten or school. Someone should walk the dog in the early hours. Someone loves to run at sunrise.

Plan well and get organized. This way you will have more time for yourself and you can complete all duties.

Here is what I do:

I get up at 6:30 in the morning. I do stretching for about 10 minutes. Then I make hot coffee. While I leave the coffee to cool a bit, I take a shower. After that, I sit down and drink my coffee. During this time, I try to respond to as many emails, comments, and messages as possible.

I am preparing my breakfast at 8 o’clock. It is very important for me not to skip breakfast. After I finish eating, I will clean up the mess I made, and then start my blogging job.

If you have a child or children, then try to stick to such an organization at least a little.

I know, now you may say: You are not a parent, you do not know the obligations and responsibilities we have. But believe me, with good organization you can achieve EVERYTHING.

Change a daily habit, make new and better habits. I know you can do that. You are strong!

Surely some of you do other things besides blogging. Some of you may not be a blogger. But of course, this post is not just for bloggers.

No matter what your profession is, in this blog I share my habits for greater productivity in the morning.

So go to bed a little earlier. Do not scroll unnecessarily on your phone after going to bed. It is best to leave your phone away from you when you go to bed. Get 7 hours of sleep. Believe me, that is more than enough.

Take a day off. You need rest.

Of course, in the end, the whole organization of your time is left to you. Only you can manage your time.

This was just my suggestion to be a more productive person in the morning.
