If you are reading this you probably want to start a blog, or you may have already decided but do not know how, or you are not completely sure.
Starting a blog is a big step, but it is also an exciting process. Do not think that it will be easy. It takes a lot of effort to create a good-quality blog.
I’m sure there will be times when you do not want to do this anymore. Therefore, make a good and final decision.
No matter how hard it may be, I believe you can succeed.
1.Decide on your niche and name
First, you need to decide what your topic will be. Choose something that interests you. Something that will not make you bored.
If you do not want to blog then give up on time.
Think about the skills you possess. Inform yourself well. Learn something new before you start writing.
You do not need to be an expert in a particular field, you just need to have some knowledge.
Choose a good name for your blog.
To have a good name on the blog, try to make the name memorable and short. I am sure you do not want people to forget or find it difficult to remember the name of your blog.
2. Choose your website platform and hosting
The first is self-hosting of course.
Do not go with “blogger.com” or “wordpress.com” as this will not look appealing. Several free options will entice you at first. But you better pay and go with the self-hosted right from the beginning.
Self-hosted WordPress in my opinion is the best way to be successful.
3. Choose your theme and plugins
Learning to use WordPress very good is like learning a new language. But you’ve come a long way so far. You will overcome this as well. My advice is to watch lots of videos on YouTube. You will not need more than a week. I guarantee you.
Choosing a theme for your blog is a big decision. Think about it well.
Don’t install too many plugins. Plugins are meant to help your site, but if you’re installing too many, your site will go slower.
Now that you have read all the steps, I think you are ready to start blogging.
I wish you a lot of success in your work. Be dedicated and patient. Follow the steps and I believe you will succeed.
